「up for」は、夢中になる、やる気になることを意味します。

[例文]
Is anyone up for a few pints after work today?
(今日、仕事の後、飲みたい人いない?)

My mates are all going clubbing tonight but I’m not really up for it.
(私の友達は、今夜クラブに行くみたいだけど、私はあまり行く気がしません。)

One of my friends is talking about going to Mongolia next year, it looks amazing and I’m really up for going.

Up for means to be excited/ enthusiastic/ in the mood for doing something.

For example.
