みなさんが今後この言葉を学校で使っているところを聞いてみたいです。
a few cans short of a six pack
(ちょっと頭が足りない"おバカさん)
この表現はとても素晴らしく、かなり風変わりか少しcrazyという意味です。
下記の例文はある人を思い浮かべて作りましたが、名前は言えません。
ただ言えることは、福岡で英語の先生をしていて、薬院と赤坂で英会話学校を運営している人です。
Have you met Hiromi’s husband?
(ひろみの旦那さんに会ったことある？)
No, why?
(ないよ。なんで？)
He’s a nice guy, quite funny, but I think he’s a few cans short of a six pack!
(彼ってステキで面白い人だけど、ちょっと変わり者なの！)
またこんな感じでも置き換えることができます。
a few sandwiches short of a picnic
毎日の会話でよく使うので、恥ずかしがらず使ってくださいね。

I’m going to show you one of my favourite expressions today, I’d love to hear one of you using at the school in the future.
“ a few cans short of a six pack”
This is a wonderful expression and it means that someone is quite eccentric or a bit crazy.
I have the perfect candidate in mind as an example for this sentence but I won’t name any names, all I can say is he is an English teacher in Fukuoka and he runs his own schools in Yakuin and Akasaka.
“Have you met Hiromi’s husband?”
“No, why?”
“He’s a nice guy, quite funny, but I think he’s a few cans short of a six pack!”
This expression can also be replaced with this phrase..
a few sandwiches short of a picnic
